Should you find yourself in a position where your doors have unexpectedly failed (most often this is at first morning entry or locking up at night) then there is our 24 hr call out service. We endeavour to attend none urgent callouts within 24hrs however we can always get an engineer on site the same day if safety or security is compromised. In most cases the problem can be fixed in the first visit but if not we will get your door safe and building secure and supply any necessary parts to repair. We can offer parts for all types and makes of doors, in the vast majority of cases the units can be repaired and up and running in no time at all. This saves the unnecessary expense of replacing the whole drive unit.
